MEDIUM ROAST
This roast maintains more caffeine and the true taste of the coffee. Very well balanced.

HOUSE ROAST
This roast is between the medium and the dark roast. The beans are allowed to roast to a higher temperature which allows some of the oils to come to the surface. The coffee is more rounded and just a little less caffeine.

DARK ROAST
Our dark roast holds a stronger taste since we allow it to stay in the roaster until the beans reach a temperature of 465 degrees. The oils are brought out to the surface of the coffee bean, this roast is a stronger taste but with less caffeine.
